Product Description

This machine is dedicated to the cattle, sheep & pig belly, blinds cleaning. It is compact in structure and stable in running, convenient to opetate and wash clean.

 It is a necessary equipment for the tripe washing. It is simple in structure,steady in running ,convinient in operation and easy in maintaining and wash cleanly .It is suitable for the large or medium sized slaughtering plants.


1. Tripe washing machine technical parameters:

2. Tripe washing machine operating methods and precautions

2.1. Connect the water inlet pipe to the flexible hose, then put into the cold & hot water respectively and mix thoroughly to a suitable temperature.

2.2. Put the cattle, sheep or pig belly from the top inlet into the ball cavity & cover it with top

cover. Then press the motor button to start the washing.

2.3. After a few minutes, the cleaning is completed. Turn off the power, open the drain valve to discharge the sewage.

2.4. Take out the cattle, sheep or pig belly.


3. Tripe washing machine care and maintenance: 

3.1. Clean theball cavity in time after each work.

3.2. Grease spindle bearing every six months & replace the bearings if the ball appeared to wear.

3.3. Check  the tightness of the belt regularly in order to ensure the effectiveness of the drive.








1. Brief introduction to the cattle&sheep slaughtering procedures:

The cattle to be slaughtered are relaxed first by warm shower. Then the cattle leading machine will lead the cattle through driving path to the aerodynamic tip trunk. Hung up, the cattle then will be sent to the automatic bloodletting line by the Lift, and bleed. After changing the rails, they are sent to the five-process transporter, and the pre-cutting, decorticator, breast-opening, organ removing, half-cutting etc. are conducted. The red and white organs taken out will be processed by the cattle synchronous hygienic inspection line, and the two halves of the split cattle will be sent to discharge the acid in the acid-discharging cabinet through the push-type track, so that we can get the beef of the best quality.
The sheep slaughtering process is similar to that of the cattle.

3. The accessorial equipment for the cattle and sheep slaughtering line:
The cattle and sheep slaughtering line accessorial equipment includes the intestine washer, ear & tail washer, belly washer, tummy washer, etc. These are mainly for washing and processing of the cattle and sheep gut, and are installed in the processing room of the cattle and sheep gut.
